HD Business Solutions DBA RespiTrade owns and operates this Website, www.RespiTrade.com. This document governs your relationship with www.RespiTrade.com (Website). Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the “Terms of Service”). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Privacy Policies and Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this website.
This website may contain links to other websites (the “Linked Sites”), which are not operated by www.RespiTrade.com and has no control over the linked sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the linked sites will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. A convenience fee not exceeding 3% of the total purchase may be charged at RespiTrade's discretion for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Definition of Equipment Conditions
"As Is" equipment is defined as equipment being sold in working condition, free of any significant cosmetic or functional damage unless otherwise stated. This equipment may or may not be certified and within recommended manufacturer specs. RespiTrade does NOT certify this equipment for patient or clinical use.
"Certified Refurbished/Reconditioned" equipment is defined as equipment that is within recommended manufacturer specification and certified for patient use. Warranty may vary and should be addressed by a RespiTrade representative at time of sale.
Shipping Policy
Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship within 1 - 3 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will not count until the next business day.
We do not guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by RespiTrade or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Orders needing expedited shipping may incur an additional fee as determined by RespiTrade.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products products will take 1 - 3 business days to ship. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping if the unit is out of stock.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Orders are accepted either in writing (email, text, or any other electronic means) or verbally (phone or in person conversations). All orders are subject to availability. RespiTrade reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Returns
As Is Equipment
All sales on "as is" equipment are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted so long that the product arrives in the condition stated in the initial sale.
Certified Refurbished Equipment
All sales of Certified Refurbished equipment are final upon shipping so long as the equipment is as described at time of sale. RespiTrade accepts the return or refund of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Incorrect items shipped and/or received by you due to fulfillment mistakes made by RespiTrade will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
If repairs are needed, RespiTrade may authorize a partial refund to the third party of your choice for some or all of the associated cost of repair. RespiTrade reserves the right to refuse this payment if the product is under warranty by either RespiTrade or the manufacturer.
Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether RespiTrade signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Our Data Retention Policy

Information we may collect can include: Customer Name, address, phone number(s), email address, payment information and equipment/items purchased or serviced.

Data is kept on our site host (Wix.com) and our CRM

Access to Data: Data can only be accessed by sales and service staff, executives, IT department and website administration staff.

Data Retention: Data is stored as long as it is needed to complete the service, or as long as the customer has an active account with RespiTrade
Taxes
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, RespiTrade shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. RespiTrade shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, RespiTrade shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
